85 minute wait due to holiday scheduling issues but gave me a great car and a 2 hour break on my late return.
but they need to get their system up to date here.

2 hour wait in line to pick up my car ,
and it's looking like 30 minutes to return it
This place is terrible. Way under staffed and had minimal cars. The clerk was extremely rude and was yelling at the crew outside to figure stuff out. I would not recommend renting from this Budget. I am very disappointed.
Absolutely disgusting amounts of trash on the side where the employees park. Whoever cleans your property should be fired.
Nothing against employees they apologize for the wait
Employees are nice but my wait was so long for the car. After the grueling wait in line, paperwork in hand, I was told wait to the side of the building for my vehicle. They needed to clean the car they are giving me, even though the lot is totally full of other compact cars. BTW, my flight was two hours delayed and my car should have been ready to roll when I showed up!!
I won't make this mistake again
