Worst service. Maria took the order.. some one else brought our drinks .. We waited for 30mins to get our food .. did not get our orders together, I had to wait additional 10mins.. when asked for water, no straws.. we ordered ranch, she did not get it, had to ask again. No one checked on us. Will not go to this location again.
The staff was great, I was seated as soon as I walked in, my order was brought to the table in no time, and everyone was very friendly.... 5 stars..
Manager just gave my seat to another costumer while I went to use the restroom. The date of this review at 11pm. I really appreciate that.
I don't expect much from Hooters in general. The food was pretty good. Our waitress was not very intelligent... like, at all. I'm not going to judge you for writing down an order for 3 people. I am going to judge when you come back to the table 3 times to ask each of us what we ordered and then still get it wrong.
Terrible service. Stopped in for lunch. Erin brought us our drinks and took our order..... and then nothing. 20 minutes later someone else brought us our food. Nobody ever checked to see how we were doing - how the food tasted, if we needed anything, drink refills, nothing. A manager walked by twice and glossed over us without stopping by. Finally I asked another waitress for our check and a box. What a crappy experience. We'll go to a different location next time.
