I and terminally ill I have Cystic Fibrosis and I just had been getting out of the hospital about an hour before we came to your restaurant and my husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. I am in Duke hospital every other month and need iv antibiotics which make me so sick I can't eat I have a feeding tube. I was really looking forward to eating here and this was a TERRIBLE experience!!! I have already told many and will tell anyone who mentions your restaurant our experience there and I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING HERE THE FOOD SUCKED AND PRICES SUCKED. You need to reconsider your manager because if it wasn't for her your waitress was wonderful and maybe we would have gave you guys another chance! HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE! Hope you speak to your manager!!!
Would give this zero stars if possible. Ordered breakfast with plenty of time to catch my flight. Thirty-minutes after being seating all I had was a cup of coffee. You simply cannot be this slow in serving customers, especially when you are operating within an airport. Spoke to supervisor when I departed to let her know that left $2 for the coffee but did not receive my meal. She stated that they were short of staff but had not answer when I asked why would they not let customers know at the time of being seated that delays were likely.
I like this place to have a drink a quick bite before a flight. I usually sit at the bar and the bartenders are pretty on top of it with your order. I haven't been here up against a departure soon so I can speak to getting out food super fast but it comes out in a reasonable amount of time. They usually have power strips at the bar so it's good to charge your phone while you eat. Beer and wine selection is good for an airport location.
Finally brought our card back and then continued to talk to us disrespectful saying that usually don't take things off just because I didn't like the chicken . Then I again tried to express to her that it was the sweet potatoes that were burnt not the regular ones that were now still in the table that she had saw before we put them in the box and interrupted me and said I saw the potatoes they weren't burnt. Ummm no she didn't that was the ones we had to get instead because the sweet potatoes came out burnt twice!!! She just put her hand up at me like be quiet and didn't listen to us and walked away!
I had ordered the grilled chicken Breast and when I bit into it it was so tough I couldn't eat it so I sent it back.... I figured since they are more a seafood restaurant I would get the salmon and it would most likely be good... that was fine but again all the sided they recooked and sent back out with my salmon were cold like they were sitting out. It was just a horrible experience as far as the food goes and VERY VERY EXPENSIVE My husband got the shrimp meal and it came with six little shrimp in it if that for $22 and my meal came out to $24... and they also charge for every little thing I got a sauce on the side and was charged $.50! Thank goodness we had a wonderful Waitress, Cindy and she was very good and tried to help. When we realized our bill was almost $65!!!! Just for the two of us and we don't drink.... that's just food I called the manger over and just wanted to let her know all that happened with the food SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND DIDN'T OFFER US ANYTHING AND WHEN I ASKED FOR A DISCOUNT FOR ALL THE BS SHE LAUGHED AT ME WITH A SARCASTIC LAUGH AND SAID WELL I'LL JUST TAKE YOUR MEAL THROW IT OUT AND TAKE IT OFF THE BILL GRABBING MY FOOD BOX OUT OF MY HAND I GRABBED IT BACK AND SAID EXCUSE ME FINALLY SHORMED OFF WITH OUR CARD AND SHE DIDN'T COME BACK FOR 15 mins!
Quick friendly service and the burger was good. Reasonable prices as well.
THE FOOD WAS COLD AND THE SWEET POTATOES WERE BURNT AND THE BROCCLI WAS UNDER COOKED SO IT WAS HARD MY HUSBAND AND I SEND OUR SWEET POTATOES BACK TWICE THEN WE ENDED UP HAVING TO ORDER SOMETHING DIFFERENT.....
I want it to be as good as the original in the city but the similarity in the signage doesn't carry over to the food in the least.
