DO YOU WANT TO BE CHARGED THREE TIMES IN A ROW, AND REFUNDED ONCE FOR A ROOM YOU STAYED IN ONE NIGHT! SURE GO TO THE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS IN MORRISVILLE. Not only did these people triple charge us a month ago, but was unprofessional as well. They charged us twice then gave us one refund back, just to charge us AGAIN ON NOVEMBER 1ST, thank god we keep up with our bills and statements..or they would of gotten away with this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE! we literally have to go to our bank and tell our bank to not EVER LET THIS COMPANY WITHDRAW MONEY FROM OUR ACCOUNT. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE. rate 1.0
Rooms are basic but fine for a night or two. We had some difficulty getting on the airport shuttle. All early shuttles were full where we checked in. They checked with a nearby hotel and got us on their shuttle. Shuttle showed up a half hour before our scheduled time and scolded us for not being ready.
The hotel is literally like 2 minutes from the airport. The room was clean and overall the stay was good. Employees are nice. And shuttle service is pretty prompt. Just make sure you book the shuttle if you plan to be at the airport early in the morning such as 4am.
Excellent service at the front desk. Very clean with AC cooling room as soon as I walked through the door. 24/7 Waffle House within 2 blocks walk. Minutes away from airport. The best and most convenient hotel stay in a long time.
Fine for a quick trip; rooms are very standard but decently clean. Staff is friendly and check-in process speedy (important when you arrive at 1am).
Cons: parking is impossible when you arrive late. Some people just parked illegally bc there is nowhere else to park in the lot. If you leave stuff in the room, don't expect to get it back.
