All and all and good experience. The hot water in the shower took 10 minutes to get warm but other than that it was fine. They have their own restaurant but there is a Bojangles, Hooters and Texas Steakhouse within walking distance. Makes everything convenient.
Nice hotel. Clean and very comfortable rooms. I have to assume this is either a newer hotel or the rooms are recently renovated. As for location, not far from the airport. But there isn't much going on around it. There are a couple of restaurants in walking distance. I do recommend Hummus Cafe down the street for a quick casual meal. The hotel fitness center is small but very functional with mostly everything you need. There is also a small indoor pool. The restaurant/bar serves local beer which is a nice touch. I would stay here again if I needed to be close to the airport.
I was visiting someone. It looks clean. Nice staff. Very nice design.
Overall the stay was ok. The biggest problem that we had at this hotel was we ordered room service at 6 pm and then we didn’t receive our food until 7:35 pm. Now granted we ordered a kids pasta, chicken tenders and potato skins it was cold when it was delivered to the room. Tried to call the room service agent and could get them to answer there phone. Will not be staying with this hotel again.
I loved my stay here at 4 Points. I love Raleigh, and this place added to my experience. The hotel was cheap! Under $100 for a night and was very elegant. The had a real nice contemporary vibe. Everything was modern. Just like an upcoming city to show out a taste of class at an affordable rate! People were nice and even served a free breakfast to all guess. You can upgrade and get a nice breakfast, but it was over the top in my book! Beds Super Comfortable. About missed my date! 5 Stars for Class at an Affordable Rate
