Nice clean room. Great staff. Rooms could use a little updating, but otherwise very nice.

I really like the hotel overall. I've stayed here many times and it's always been pleasant. The only complaint, if you could call it that, is that like all hotels the doors close loudly. Anyone leaving or entering their rooms late at night tend to wake up their neighbors.
Came out of town for a soccer tournament. The hotel rooms were decent, food okay but service was subpar from managers. They we're not pleased with some of the kids behavior and they should not have been but the managers handled it poorly. For this hotel to state they typically handle large sport teams coming in town was not evident. The managers were very rude to all parents and did not think through creating a wing for our soccer instead guests complained of noise. Of course there is noise, you have over 100 kids coming to play in a tournament at different age group not including other siblings. Please put a plan in place moving forward and managers remain calm as you deal with disturbance.
