Soon after I booked online, Grace was on the phone following up with my reservation to offer any assistance or answer any questions I had and helped me setup an appointment for my move in day.
The manager Chris is so sweet!! He really made me feel welcome when I arrived at his facility. Chris is very helpful and nice!!!
I rented a storage unit from Public Storage. I was very impressed with the location, cleanliness and politeness, of the employees that I dealt with. Grace, was very nice and very informative. She answered every question that I had and also showed me the property and all of its assets. She made sure that I knew everything that I needed to know before I left. Grace is an asset to the company and I appreciate positive customer service in a world where good customer service is hard to find. In the future, if the need for me to rent another storage unit arises, I will certainly and most definitely use Public Storage.
