Christmas gift for my husband. The quality was excellent. Unfortunately there was a small misspelling. The company was so accommodating in making the correction. If only every company handled mistakes so easily and kindly shopping on-line would be so much better. I will find more reasons to shop with this company because of the customer service.
I have been looking for quite some time for a few affordable signs for an old barn. My family cleaned the barn out and use it as sort of a "hang out" in the winter, just to get us out of the house. It's small and rustic but we have a good time. Anyway, after finding 4 signs on the Simpler Time website, we were thrilled at the prices. Ordering was a breeze and they kept us up to date with each delivery. I can't wait to meet some of them in person at the New Orleans location!

Super grateful the hard work their team put in this holiday season 2015. I ordered my item #116104 on like Thursday the week before Christmas. It was an engraved and personalized item, and it wasn't supposed to come in until after Christmas. I called the support team, and they insured me that everyone was working over time to get all items ordered to their destinations before Christmas. I got my Brass "Pirate" leather wrapped telescope, personalized and all, on the Tuesday before Christmas on Thursday. Great turnover time! My Procrastination became their team's burden, and they shined!
