I gotta say, I was a bit worried coming in after reading such terrible reviews. After 5 mins in this store, I realized these reviews are completely bogus! Their staff is extremely kind and helpful. I was in search of a guinea pig and a guy named Alex was an expert. In fact, most of their staff is educated well. I felt super satisfied after leaving. Thank you pet smart!
I'll start off with the grooming services here - I bring my two puppies here every few months to get groomed, and we only have the great Jake do it. He knows my dogs by their name, loves them, and even called up to see how they were doing. Prices here in the store are a little bit high, but worth it for my pets. The rest of the staff are very friendly as well, the hours are absolutely stellar, especially grooming hours (again, the grooming here is awesome). The staff here never try to up-sell me. It's kinda dark in the store, though. I have trouble seeing products sometimes. Great store.
First world problem, I know, but if you're going to advertise pictures with Santa from noon to 4, that should mean until 4...not 3:50. I came across town in crappy weather on the only day I could. I'd happily pay for the picture if it meant Santa would be there at his advertised time.
We always have good experiences here. Their prices are good, particularly when you get something on special. They took great care of us when our kids were getting into having fish. They also have good services for puppy training. We get our dog groomed here and they always do a good job on his very difficult coat.
Jake & Noah in grooming were amazing. We have a rescue dog that can be aggressive towards small dogs, I was super nervous to bring her in but Jake & Noah were awesome in handling her and put me at ease. She had a wonderful time, was on her best behavior, & got a well needed bath. They also did great with our senior dog! We will definitely be back.
