I also will rate this company and their vendors with 0 stars. Sadly Google does not offer 0 star option. I placed online order placed Dec 3. As of Dec 16 no product. Zales provided no updates and forces customer to call customer service. I called three times to get updates and wait time is one hour each time. First customer service representative forgot to add order number to service ticket. Rest of times no substantive update provided. Cancelled order on third call. Zales placed blame on their vendor for delay. Customer service person says stay on phone for survey but then customer is automatically disconnected. Highly recommend shopping at a different jewelry store.

If anyone is buying ANY type of jewelry, DON'T go to Zales in Morrisville, not only was the man, Lloyd rude, and horrible customer service, he talked down about my ring, was bitter, didn't check prongs, the diamonds, the set up. After that experience he proceeded to tell me that it would be a 64 week turn around but probably about 4 weeks for a diamond so small. I finally got a call to pick up my ring, and it's been over a month. I look at my ring over and over to see that the prongs they put in are too big, and the placement are wrong. OH AND IT LOOKS LOPSIDED. If you're going to spend a good amount of money on a piece of jewelry, please don't go there unless you want a 69 year old bitter man talking down about your jewelry and BS out his mouth. HIGHLY disappointed in this company, I'm not due for an inspection until Sept, yet why is a diamond coming out??? Now I have to send it out AGAIN to redo the prongs, & sizing.

Great customer service! This place is one of the nicest Zales I've been to in a long time. Just moved here and this is so far my favorite. Jewelry and store clean.
Needed my wedding ring to get new rhodium plating, it was finished in 4 days!!! All other zales quoted me at two weeks!
