Didn't have a problem shipping my stuff at this location.
This store has always delivered courteous, professional and attentive service. From banners, posters, large prints or packing material, they have always delivered. If I have questions on how to do something or want advice they offer it up and provide examples. I could probably get things "cheaper" at other locations but I end up with cheap service. This store delivers a premium and I'm glad to patronize them. Keep it up!
Rude staff. I was totally ignored.
Walked in just now and asked for a box to ship a electric blanket under warranty. Guy said “if you have it with you just bring it on in man, We’ll box it all up for you.”
I just wanted to pick a package up at 6:59pm and all I got was a locked door and a "no" headshake from the employee. FedEx offered a much better brick and mortar experience. 2/10 wouldn't ship again.
I grab it from my car and hand it to him. He puts it in a box, adds a useless piece of packing material (it’s a blanket!) and tapes it up (15 seconds). Rings it all up, and it’s a $40 charge! $26 for actual shipping. $5 for the box (ok) $5 for packaging materials and $3 for service (putting it in a box).
Whole blankets worth maybe $70. Had I thought for a second it would be that much I would have bought a new blanket, not returned it. I was already in the whole $13, for the box and him packing it so now I’m stuck. Could have told me they were charging me to put a blanket in a box. They very much made it seem like a no charge service. (Especially since it literally took 15 seconds.) never going back.
Update: I am bumping my original rating up to a 4/5. I went back well before closing time, and a much friendlier employee helped out. I still think UPS was a better company when Kevin James worked there, but it is a suitable place to do shipping related business.
