Even though this appears to be a Sprint store, it is a company called Fast Wireless. What this means is that when they make an error on your plan, they cannot fix it and you will have a protracted battle with Sprint to fix it. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Stay away !!

We have bought our phones from this location since they opened their doors. NEVER have we had bad service. Most recently, Shaun and Princeton helped us upgrade two of our phones and they were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and excellent to work with. Great job!

Wow... Manager and employees were having a yelling match with someone in the back, and we were left in the front of the store standing there waiting for someone to leave smackdown 2k17 to actually service customers. A little less macho Man Randy Savage back there and a little more professionalism.

Had a horrible experience with this store. First of all, their management had a shouting battle out on the floor of the store with an employee’s father until another employee told the manager to go in the back because there were customers including myself out on the floor. My fiancé and I were trying to upgrade our phone but were meant with service that half-assed to say the least. The person that was helping us went in and out of the back room apologizing for the unprofessional behavior of her coworkers making us think she was trying to act as a mediator, but found out she frequently went to the back room to sneak her lunch in while she left us at the counter to wait for her. My fiancé and I finally got our new phone after waiting for an hour and a half. She had none of her devices plugged in to help us sign the contract for the new phone and we had to wait for it to charge. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of preparedness of the employees were astounding. Please do something about this.
