I visited your office on 9/13/2016 because I was having severe numbness in my left leg, and pain when I walked short distances. I can't remember who my doctor was that day, but she was an older woman. I was on time for my appointment, and I didn't wait long to be seen once I checked in. Once I was in the exam room, the doctor didn't seem very concerned about my condition, and even said I shouldn't try and diagnose myself via the internet when I told her what I thought my condition was. The doctor never put her hands on me or examined me physically in any way. Her words of advice were "do back exercises and get a better chair at work." And for that I was charged $155.91. I was in the exam room less than 10 minutes. I have since visited another office and been diagnosed and treated.

Staff are very friendly and professional. Great that they are open Saturdays. Will return in the future.

We went to CPC on Friday and are thrilled with the experience. My initial conversation was with the office manager Anthony and he is one of the best professionals that I have interacted with in a primary care facility. He was courteous, prompt, patient and very thoughtful. Our family's experience with Tanisha for the tests and sample collection and Sue for the medical check up was wonderful as well. They are skilled at their work and very courteous and patient. We will certainly recommend this facility to friends and family.

I will NOT be paying this amount. This is highway robbery and I won't reward your 'doctors' for doing zero work.

Dr. B is very kind, and caring doctor, but the staff is not even professional. I was waiting for more than a week and a half to get a response "whether I need to make a periodic visit to meet the doctor or would they be able to renew my prescription". So the person told me that she'll ask from the doctor and will get back to me with in the same day. On my end I repeated many times that I'm running out of my medicine, so please respond me back asap. I called 'em today, and they don't even have a record that I already called and asked these questions more than 10 days ago. The person who picked the call put me in hold for few mins and gave the receiver to another lady.

Did she really just take a phone call in the middle of my Pap? Never again.
