My husband and I had a fantastic experience at this location. We did not have an appointment for our registry but came in to look at strollers specifically. An associate named Josh ended up spending several hours with us going over everything and anything we had questions about, from strollers to gliders to diaper pails. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about all items, he was patient, professional, and honest. In this crazy process of trying to prepare for a child, I was particularly stressed about picking the right car seat. After our experience with Josh we learned things about car seats that we had never considered before - easing our confusion and stress. He has a world of knowledge that should be valued! I also wanted to mention that towards the end of our trip we were helped by a girl named Kelly. She was also extremely knowledgeable and nice and helped us with feeding/breast pump items and gave advice from her own experience with her child. It was nice to talk to a mother who could provide honest and helpful information when there are SO many options. An experience that could have been overwhelming was very pleasant and amped up the excitement for our baby. My husband and I had a few different registries at competing companies and are in the process of converting everything solely to Buy Buy Baby - some items are a few dollars more expensive but the customer service was priceless. The swing prob had scratches on it because of the cheap box it was put in when it was shipped ( clearly it wasn't packed well)
Target is much better and they care about their customers ! Go there ( plus their stuff is better quality and not expensive)

I was impressed with how clean and orderly this store was! The staff was very helpful and friendly and the fact they take Bed Bath and Beyond coupons was a plus. -I wish there were a location in Raleigh!
If you have any questions or confusion about car seats and strollers, WARREN IS THE MAN! He blew our minds with the breadth and depth of his thorough knowledge. He was patient, personable, and passionate about helping people make the right decision for their car seat and stroller needs. He was not at all pushy, just gave us the critical information for us to think about what would work best for our family. We were so impressed with him! He deserves a raise! You ROCK, Warren!
I received a baby swing as a gift at my baby shower( July 23 rd ) ( bought at buy buy baby)
It took me 30 minutes for them to give me STORE credit and they accused me of opening the box and that the swing had scratches on it.
For buying children stuff, no one can beat Buybuy BABY everything that you need is made available under one roof. Buybuy BABY is a chain retailer which offer wide assortment of baby gear, furniture, clothes, toys and what not. This is primarily located in Market Center Drive in Morrisville, NC near Target, TJ Maxx, Rose and other well known stores. Quality of goods being sold ere is the Best which other stores cannot match. Quality tag comes with a bit high price tag. Its timings are 10am to 8pm, all seven days! On Friday and Saturday it remain open up to 9 pm and on Sunday, 11am to 7pm. Potty seats, bedding, blankets, diapers and diaper bags, crib bedding sets, toys, baby furniture, quilts, car seats, kids books, strollers, crib sheets, baby proofing, cribs and room decor can be bought here.
I will never go back to this store and will never refer any of my friends to this store! Stop accusing your customers !!!
The very next day( July 24th) I took the swing
( never opened) to buy buy baby and returned it because I didn't need the swing as I was already given one by a friend way before the baby shower.
